A record-breaking Nor'easter dumped a foot of snow in some parts of the Philadelphia region.
Most roadways were clear but getting to the road was an issue for most with a foot of snow to clear. The Nor'easter brough 6 inches by 6 a.m. Thursday. A lull in the storm came early afternoon, as the storm morphed during the 30-hour weather event. At one point midday Thursday #lull began trending on Twitter.
