Two Men Shot Outside Northern Liberties Club

One man listed in critical condition at Hahnemann Hospital

Philadelphia police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with a shooting outside a nightclub in Northern Liberties early Sunday morning.

Police say that two people were shot outside the Palmer Social Club at the intersection of 6th and Spring Garden Streets at approximately 3:00 a.m.

According to investigators, a man in his 20s was shot in the chest, while a 25-year-old man was shot in the right leg. Both men were taken to Hahnemann Hospital, where the man with the chest wound is listed in critical condition. The man with the wound in his right leg is listed in stable condition.

Police have not released the names of either the suspect or the victims and have not determined a motive for the shooting at this time.
