An ice storm caused a headache for nearly 700,000 residents in the Philadelphia region who ended up without power.
SEPTA experienced delays in service and more than 600 schools were closed or delayed. The storm ended Wednesday mid-afternoon. But, Governor Tom Corbett said it may take days for power to be fully restored and for life to get back to normal.
