Sex-For-Tix Phillies' Fan Pleads Innocent

Finkelstein's case goes to trial Feb. 24

A Philadelphia woman accused by police of having offered sex for World Series tickets has pleaded not guilty to prostitution charges.

Bensalem police allege that Susan Finkelstein sent sexually explicit photos of herself after posting an online Craigslist ad in October and made graphic suggestions when she met with an undercover officer at a bar. Officer Michael Brady says Finkelstein told him she was a prostitute and offered to have sex with him.

Finkelstein says she was merely being creative in her attempt to take her husband to a game between the Philadelphia Phillies and New York Yankees.

Defense attorney William Brennan said Friday his client did nothing wrong. He is appealing a district judge's ruling to send the case to trial, which is now scheduled for Feb. 24.
