Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams stepped in the ring for a good cause Saturday night. Williams faced off against Philadelphia lawyer Tariq Karim El-Shabazz in a three-round charity boxing match as part of the Night at the Fights event at Temple University’s Liacouras Center.
In the end El-Shabazz defeated Williams in a unanimous decision. After the match, the two friends embraced each other and thanked the crowd for coming out.
The event, hosted by NBC10's Vai Sikahema, raised money for the Urban League of Philadelphia and its partners and featured live performances by Jazmine Sullivan, El DeBarge, and Chill Moody.
