Philadelphia is a safer city for our felines tonight. A suspected serial cat killer was captured today by SPCA law enforcement officials.
Bloody bed sheets and floorboards were taken from the man's apartment where he supposedly tortured the furry kitties.
Erik Lach was the man brought in and charged with three counts of misdemeanor animal cruelty, according to the SPCA. Lach also supposedly committed two "cat-icides" over the past four weeks and almost killing a third.
