Break in NJ's Serial Bus Robber Case

Police say new pictures could bring a break in the case of a serial bus robber.

They now have surveillance photos of the man who may be responsible for robbing three New Jersey Transit bus drivers at gunpoint over the last month.

"We were very nervous, very nervous going out," bus driver Tony Knight told NBC10 Investigator Harry Hairston.

The gunman's been robbing drivers along the route from Winslow, N.J. to Philadelphia. That's one of only two routes that are full service, which means drivers carry up to $200 in cash, according union officials.

"It upset me because the person doing this has changed times from one o-clock in the morning to six-o-clock at night," said another driver, Ray Cappy.

Many drivers say they won't relax until the serial bus robber is behind bars.
