The Secret Service says the threat was made from a phone located on the 100 block of East Cumberland Street in Kensington.

The Secret Service and Philadelphia Police are working together to investigate a threat against President Obama.

Officials say a man called 911 on Tuesday around 11:50 p.m. in Philadelphia and threatened to kill the President in three days. They also say the call came from a pay phone located on the 100 block of East Cumberland Street in Kensington.

The Secret Service told NBC10 they are taking the threat seriously. They continue to investigate.
