Search is on for Armed Wawa Robbers

Delaware State Police troopers are investigating a robbery at a Wawa convenience store in Wilmington.

The Delaware State Police says it happened Tuesday at just before 3 a.m. at the Wawa at 4555 New Linden Hill Road. Troopers say three suspects entered the store and confronted two female employees. One of the suspects displayed a gun and demanded money.

The employees opened the cash register and one of the suspects took money from inside. The suspects then fled. No one was injured.

Troopers describe all three suspects as black males between 20 and 30 years old. Troopers weren't able to describe what the robbers were wearing.
