Two men, both aged 23-years-old, are recovering from gunshot wounds after two gunmen fired more than 20 shots on a Philadelphia street early Wednesday morning.

The suspects opened fire on the 200 block of West Wellens Avenue in the city's Olney neighborhood around 2:30 a.m., striking one victim in the hip and grazing another in the chest, police said.

Both victims were rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where they are in stable condition, authorities said.

Stray bullets hit multiple cars and homes in the shooting, but no one inside the vehicles and houses were hit, according to investigators.

The suspects remain at large.
