Robert Lee Foster, 18, left his Winslow Township, N.J. home around 6:15 a.m. Saturday. Police say he walked out of his home in the Atco section of town.
Foster has the mental capacity of a 7-year-old child and also suffers from seizures, according to Winslow Township Police.
He was last seen wearing a blue tie-dye shirt, jeans and gray sneakers.
