A missing elderly man was found safe Sunday morning.
Eighty-five-year-old Thomas Cannon went missing around 10 a.m. Thursday at the Cadbury Retirement Home on the 2100 block of Route 38 in Cherry Hill, N.J., according to police.
They say Cannon left the retirement home in a black 2008 Volkswagen Passat to go to a doctor's appointment in Fort Dix.
Authorities issued a silver alert in the state of New Jersey. Police say he was found safe early Sunday morning and was reunited with his family.
