All Philly public and Catholic schools are canceled for Monday

All Philadelphia Public and Catholic schools have canceled classes for Monday.

Philadelphia School District officials announced that all schools will be closed, and all afterschool activities and yellow school bus service are canceled for Monday because of the record-breaking snowfall in the city.

All regional offices and central administration offices for the district will be open two hours late. Check the district Web site for any updates.

The Philadelphia Ardiocese announced that all Philadelphia Catholic schools will be closed, but the Catholic schools in the suburbs will make their own decisions.
