A southern New Jersey nuclear plant isn't working Monday after it automatically shut down.
Officials say a turbine trip triggered the shutdown at the Salem 2 nuclear plant in Lower Alloways Creek Township on Friday.
The plant's operator is trying to determine what cause the problem in the system which controls the speed of the turbine.
Officials say there's no danger to the public.
