A SWAT team was at the West-Mont Christian Academy in Chester County, Pa. on Tuesday morning for a couple of hours and left shortly before noon, according to North Coventry Police.
The head of the school, Dr. James Smock said earlier in the day that he was "not prepared to give a statement yet," but police said they would release details soon.
West-Mont, located in Pottstown, is a "non denominational Christian school" that helps parents "in the training of their children to honor God, by providing a quality educational and spiritual environment," according to the school Web site.
