Police are on the lookout for a man riding a bike who allegedly exposed himself to a woman.
A 25-year-old woman told Philadelphia Police Special Victims Unit investigators that a man on a black BMX-style bike rode up to her along the 2400 block of Martha Street in the Kensington section of the city.
The victim told police that the man -- believed to be in his 20s -- rode up next to her around 5:30 p.m. yesterday and exposed himself.
The man -- described as having a thin build and wearing all black -- then rode off.
Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact SVU investigators.
