Rutgers Deals With Aftermath of Cyberattack

Rutgers University is working to get its computer network fully running after a cyberattack interrupted Internet service.

University officials say an attack began on Friday.

The internet was slow and sometimes not available at all on campus during the weekend.

A university spokesman says the system is now working on campus, but that university servers were not available Monday morning to users who are off-campus.

Spokesman E.J. Miranda says there is no evidence that any confidential information was compromised.
