Robbers Target Pizza Deliveryman: Police

A Domino’s Pizza deliveryman was allegedly robbed at gunpoint in Wilmington, Delaware on Sunday.

The 53-year-old man was delivering pizzas on the 1400 block of Maryland Avenue around 8:00 p.m. when two armed men approached him.

The suspects then struck him in the head and face with a handgun, according to authorities.

Police say the suspects then robbed him of money and two pizzas and fled the scene after. The victim was taken to the St. Francis Hospital for his injuries.

Police describe the suspects as two black males.
