Murder Trial in Case of SUV Found on Ledge of Ravine

Two men have been ordered to stand trial in the death of a man whose body was found in a sport utility vehicle on a ledge in a northeastern Pennsylvania ravine last summer.

Prosecutors in Lackawanna County charged two Scranton man in the murder of 24-year-old Frank Bonacci of Dunmore, whose body was found last July in an SUV on a ledge above Roaring Brook.

Twenty-three-year-old Jason Dominick is charged with criminal homicide and 23-year-old Neil Pal with conspiracy and acting as an accomplice to homicide.

The (Scranton) Times-Tribune reports Dominick's attorneys argued that there were no witnesses linking his client to the shooting or SUV and no murder weapon.

Pal's attorney said the most his client should have been charged with is hindering apprehension.
