A suburban Philadelphia man has been sentenced to serve between one and two years in prison for taking pictures up the skirts of at least three unsuspecting women.

The Delaware County Times reports 34-year-old Bobby Hayden was sentenced Wednesday in Delaware County court after pleading guilty to charges including invasion of privacy and harassment in November.

The Chester Township man was arrested last May after he was caught taking pictures up the skirt of a Delaware County assistant district attorney, who recognized what was happening at the time.

Hayden was then implicated in another similar incident in Upper Darby and police say he admitted to a third while in custody.

Defense attorney Joseph Stanley said he thinks his client suffers from an issue that can be addressed through therapy.
