A pregnant woman is recovering after police say she was shot in the arm while in Camden.
Police say it happened Friday around 9:20 p.m. on the 1300 block of Lake Shore Drive. A 25-year-old woman who is four months pregnant was sitting outside in the area when she heard gunshots. The woman ran into her home and realized she had been shot in the right arm. She was taken to Cooper Hospital. Investigators say both she and her unborn child are in stable condition.
The Camden Police Department is putting out a $500 reward to anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for the shooting. If you have any information on this incident, please call 215-546-TIPS.
