$1M Powerball Ticket Sold in Center City

Didn’t win the $400 million Powerball jackpot?

That doesn’t mean you aren’t a millionaire.

A new millionaire could be in our midst after the Pennsylvania Lottery announced that a ticket matching all five white balls -- 07-10-22-32-35 -- but not the red Powerball in Wednesday night’s drawing was sold at a Center City Philadelphia newstand.

Loges Newsstand at 101 S. 18th Street sold the winning ticket. For selling the ticket the newstand gets $5,000. The owner of the ticket will receive the million-dollar prize minus taxes.

Another winning ticket was sold in the Keystone State -- a Power Play doubler worth $2 million was sold at a Wegmans store in Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County.

Any winner should sign the back of their ticket and contact the state lottery.
