Officials say chemicals may have leaked after a car and a tanker truck collided in the Fishtown section of the city.
The accident occurred on Monday at Ellen and Penn Streets. Officials have not yet revealed the cause of the crash or if anyone was injured.
Hazmat crews were called to the scene to investigate whether any chemicals leaked from the truck.
