Bully Knocks Over Port-O-John With Boy Inside: Cops

A teenager allegedly forced a 7-year-old boy into a “Port-O-John” and knocked it over with the boy still inside in what appears to be a terrible case of bullying, according to New Castle County Police

It happened Sunday about 7:45 p.m. on Scottfield Drive in Newark. Police say three boys, ages 7 and 8, were riding their bikes in Hann Park when the 14-year-old boy threatened Zach Montero and forced him into a portable toilet.

“He told me to get in it or he’ll break my pedals and bend my handle bars and pop my tire,” Zach said.

The teen then pushed over the toilet onto the door, preventing the boy from escaping. The boy was covered with urine and feces before the other two boys were able to lift the toilet enough to get him out.

Zach went home and told his father.

“He had feces and urine all over him,” said David Montero.

Zach quickly got out of the dirty clothes and washed off, his dad said.
