A man was hospitalized this morning after being dragged for blocks.
Philadelphia Police wouldn't say what led to the incident along the 1800 block of E Ontario Street in the city’s Port Richmond section around 4:30 a.m. Monday, according to Philadelphia firefighters.
The victim was dragged for four blocks, according to authorities.
The unidentified man suffered abrasions and road burn and was taken to Hahnemann Hospital where his condition wasn’t disclosed.
