Police Hunt Two Burglarly Suspects

Two separate robberies committed early Friday morning

Philadelphia Police are in search of two separate burglars in the 15th and 35th Districts.

Both robberies occurred in the early hours of Friday morning.

Police say that an unknown male entered the K-mart store at 900 Orthodox Street during business hours on Thursday. The suspect then allegedly hid in the store until it closed before disabling the alarm and making off with over $10,000 worth of game systems, laptops, and TVs. 

The suspect is described as a black male with a goatee standing 5 feet, 11 inches tall, about 30 years old, and wearing a dark-colored shirt with white stripes and dark pants.

A couple of hours later, police say a different suspect broke into the Penn's food Market at 5302 Rising Sun Avenue by shattering the front door glass with a large object. Once inside, the man took $300 worth of cigarettes before leaving the store.

The suspect is described as a white male with a medium build and dark hair, wearing a dark jacket and dark pants and carrying a dark back-pack with an image of a hat.
