Double Homicide and Vehicle Crash May Be Linked, Police Say

Police are investigating whether a double homicide in Allentown may have been connected to a vehicle crash.

The Lehigh County coroner's office said 21-year-old Trevor Gray and 32-year-old Francine Ramos were found shot to death early Sunday.

Assistant Chief William Lake told reporters Monday that the victims were found "inside or nearby" a vehicle that had crashed into another parked vehicle nearby. He said police are trying to determine if the crash occurred before or after the killings.

Lake said the motive for the killings is unknown and no arrests have been reported. Police are asking anyone with information about the slayings to come forward.

Coroner Scott Grim said autopsies are scheduled Monday on the bodies of the victims.
