Police in New Jersey need the public’s help locating a missing 2-year-old girl.

Investigators say Tierra Morgan of Lakehurst was last seen with her father, 27-year-old Arthur Morgan, III, in Lakehurst Borough, Ocean County on Monday. Morgan, III, was allegedly supposed to return the girl to her mother Monday night after his court-approved visitation, but police say he failed to do so.

The child is described as weighing about 26 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Morgan, III, is believed to be a resident of Ocean Township, Monmouth County. He has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and interference with custody. An arrest warrant has been issued for Morgan, III, and bail has been set at $200,000.
