Lumberton Police are asking for the public’s help in finding in a missing 61-year-old woman.

Investigators say Angelina “Angel” Cocuzza disappeared from her home at the Lumberton Independent Living campus on Route 38 near Madison Avenue on Jan. 18.

Family members and police believe she may have intended to harm herself after leaving her residence.

She is described as 5-foot-5 inches tall and weighs approximately 115 pounds. Police say Cocuzza suffers from depression as well as other medical conditions which place her in jeopardy. Cocuzza does not own a car or a cell phone and is not believed to be able to travel too far without assistance. Police say she may have cut her hair very short.

Anyone with information about Cocuzza's whereabouts is asked to call Lumberton Township Police at (609) 267-8300 or the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit at (609) 265-7113.
