Police are searching for a man with physical and mental disabilities who was last seen more than a week ago.
Clarence David Shuford, 47, was last seen on Dec. 11 around 10 a.m. when he left the Aria Health-Torresdale Hospital, according to police.
Investigators say he is 5-feet 11-inches tall and 170 pounds. He was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and tan boots, according to police.
Shuford, who has a physical disability to his right arm, suffers from seizures and required daily medication.
Police say the man is a resident of the Fernwood Shelter at 7979 State Road in the Holmesburg section of Philadelphia and frequents the area near 2200 W. Cambria St.
Anyone with information on Shuford's whereabouts should contact the Philadelphia Police Dept.'s Special Victims Unit.
