Police have captured an escaped prisoner.
Investigators say Josue Burgos, 33, escaped Wednesday, shortly before 9:30 p.m., from Bayside State Prison located in Maurice River Township, NJ.
Burgos was originally serving time for robbery and resisting arrest.
Shortly after midnight, police announced they captured Burgos. They have not yet released any further details regarding where he was captured.
