Delaware State Police say they've found an 83-year-old Wilmington woman who went missing Saturday evening.
Investigators say Phyllis Sassone, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, was found around 2:00 a.m. walking in a neighborhood not far from her home on Silverside Road.
Police issued a Gold Alert for Sassone around 6:30 p.m. when she was discovered missing.
Sassone did not appear to be injured, police say.
