Police in New Castle County are investigating a shooting that damaged an elderly woman's home.
Investigators say the shooting took place Wednesday evening on Monticello Drive in Jefferson Farms. The shooting damaged both the siding of the home, which is occupied by a 65-year-old woman, and an adjacent vehicle.
Authorities say that no one was injured during the shooting, which apparently targeted a 21-year-old man.
