Police Identify Suspect in Penn Rape Case

There has been three reported rapes involving Penn students this semester

Police have identified and questioned the man who allegedly raped a 19-year-old UPenn freshman over the weekend, according to Vice President for Public Safety Maureen Rush.

The alleged rape occurred at an off-campus Beta Theta Pi frat party Sunday morning.

An arrest in the case is pending a further review of the case by District Attorney's office.

This is the second rape at a Penn fraternity party this semester and the third involving Penn students.
