Police have ruled the death of a man found duct-taped and wrapped in plastic yesterday as a homicide.
The Medical Examiner's Office identified the body as 19-year-old Toby Allen Gale of Chester.
Authorities say that Gale died of blunt force trauma to the head. An autopsy confirmed that he was beaten to death.
Gale’s body was found on the 100 block of Central Avenue in Chester City Thursday morning.
A Chester highway crew found him wrapped in a plastic bag as they were clearing trash in an industrial area under construction.
No arrests have been made and there is no word on whether police have any possible suspects.
