Philadelphia Police chase a stabbing suspect on foot and apprehend him just before 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The foot chase ended at 2942 Walnut Hill in Northeast Philadelphia.
Police handcuffed the suspect and put him into a vehicle shortly thereafter.
