Wilmington Police say they arrested a serial burglar with a lengthy criminal history.
Officers responded to a vacant home on the 1400 block of W. 8th Street in Wilmington Saturday morning after receiving a 911 call for a burglary in progress.
When police arrived, they say they saw a broken window and a man later identified as Kenneth Gould, 65, inside the house. Gould had burglary tools in his possession, according to investigators.
