Police: Assistant Principal Threatens to Kill Student

An assistant school principal is accused of threatening to kill a student on school property in Delaware County.

An assistant school principal is accused of threatening to kill a student on school property in Delaware County.

Mark Duncan, 50, allegedly threatened an 18-year-old student during an argument Friday, investigators said.

The arrest was made after an incident at Academy Park High School in Sharon Hill.
 
Teachers, students and school police reportedly witnessed the confrontation.

The arrest affidavit notes Duncan told the student, "Go ahead, turn around, do something.  I'll kill you."

Duncan was arraigned on several charges including terroristic threats.
 
He is free on bail.
