Police Arrest ‘Right' Suspect in Logan Shooting

A day after taking the wrong man in custody, authorities say they now have the "right" man

A man, accused of firing at Philadelphia Police on Wednesday morning, in the Logan section of the city, is now behind bars.

Thirty-year-old James Ceaser, of West Philadelphia, was arrested Thursday morning.

His arrest comes a day after police admit they took the wrong man in custody.

Ceaser is accused of breaking into a car on the 300 block of East Elmwood Street around 6 a.m. Wednesday, stealing a firearm, and firing three shots at officers.

No one was injured.
