State Police plan to check for drunken drivers at a Garden State Parkway entrance.
Troopers will be stationed northbound at Exit 98 in Wall Township on Wednesday.
Motorists can expect delays as troopers look for signs of impairment.
The state police say there have been 25 alcohol-related accidents involving injuries and five deaths on the toll road between Wall and Holmdel townships during the last three years.
