Picnickers Find Kayaker's Body

Reverend Chad Miller's body was found four days after his brother's

Picnickers found the body of the second brother who drowned kayaking on the storm-swollen Brandywine last week.

Reverend Chad Miller's body was found in the river, lodged next to a tree in Pocopson, Pennsylvania Saturday, according to the Delco Times.

Miller, 34, and his brother Christopher, 28, drowned Tuesday when they went kayaking after violent storms passed through that morning, making the normally calm river much more dangerous.

The picnickers called 9-1-1 and rescuers retrieved the Reverend's body. The coroner rule his cause of death an accidental drowning. His brother's body was found Tuesday afternoon.

Miller was an associate pastor at Wilmington's Westminster Presbyterian Church.

"He had a wonderful sense of humor -- not jokes so much as a way of looking at the world," church member Sue Linderman told the Times.

"Presbyterians sometimes tend to be a little stuffy, and he was not. You could hear him laughing up and down the hallway. He had a very infectious laugh."

Services were held for Miller on Sunday.
