The winning ticket for the Sept. 3 drawing was sold at the Stop & Shop on Lacey Rd., in Whiting.
"I'm looking forward to meeting the ticket holders whose life will drastically change by this financial windfall," NJ Lottery Executive Director Carole Hedinger said in a statement. "Financial worries have just been removed and now the winner can explore their life's dream."
Winning numbers are: 03, 07, 09, 25, 29 and 39. The Multiplier was: 03.
