Philly Students Get Swine Flu Vaccine

The School District of Philadelphia started its much needed swine flu vaccination program for thousands of students Monday.

More than 27,000 students from kindergarten through 12th grade will get the free Flu Mist nasal spray vaccine. Each student was required to get parental consent before taking the vaccine.

The program is expected run for nine days in 36 central region schools. It will eventually move on to other schools by November 6th.
