Parish and regional Catholic elementary schools in the City of Philadelphia will be closed Monday due to the severe cold.
This closure applies only to schools inside the city.
Staff development day for Archdiocesan high school teachers will still take place as scheduled and teachers should plan to report, according to officials.
A handful of other school districts and independent schools have put delays in place because of the extreme weather. Check to see whether your district is included here.
