Philadelphia Holiday Shoppers to Spend Almost $300 Less in 2015: Report

    Philadelphian’s plan to spend nearly $300 less this year on their holiday shopping compared with last year, according to an annual survey completed by Deloitte.

    Consumers from around the region anticipate cutting their total holiday spending by 18 percent while shoppers nationally expect to boost spending by 12.5 percent, according to the results.
