Philadelphia’s Convention Center will host Forbes’ Under 30 Summit -- chock full of successful young people -- later this month.
The Summit will feature panel discussions, keynote speakers, including Monica Lewinsky who will discuss her experience of having her reputation destroyed by the internet and DJ Frojack who plans on telling his success story.
Along with speakers, parties, food and music will play an integral role in the event.
Forbes Editor Randall Lane, a UPenn Alum, told the Philadelphia Business Journal that he chose Philadelphia for its cool, innovative culture.
“I am aware first-hand just what a dynamic city Philadelphia is,” Lane said. “I think it will appeal to the world’s game changers.”
“As a city of firsts, we support entrepreneurship, IT, all of these sectors are growing in Philadelphia,” said Mayor Michael Nutter in early May.
Forbes' Under 30 honors 30 people in 15 categories that are making a difference in the world whether it be through business, philanthropy or something else -- all before turning 30 years old.

The summit will take place from October 19 until October 22 at the Philadelphia Convention Center.
