Philadelphia's Most Attended Center City District Restaurant Week Generates $12M

This year's two-week Center City District Restaurant week was the most successful one yet, with diners rushing to take advantage of discounted prices at Philadelphia's most popular restaurants, which this year generated more than $12 million in revenue as a result.

The 2017 Center City District Restaurant Week, broken into two weeks — Jan. 22-27 and Jan. 29-Feb 3 — was the most attended restaurant week in the promotion’s 14-year history, Center City District announced.

About 251,075 customers took part in Center City's restaurant week this year, a 22 percent increase over the same restaurant week in January 2016.
