Surveillance video captured a peeping tom stripping off his clothing and masturbating while peering into an elderly woman’s home while she watched some late night television, said police in South Jersey.
The man fled on foot after the elderly woman called Winslow Township Police to report that she saw a man on her deck possibly trying to break into her home along Lakedale Road as she watched television around 11:40 p.m. Sunday.
The woman shared surveillance video with investigators, said police. The video showed a man "removing his clothing and masturbating as he was looking into the home through the rear sliding glass door," said police in a new release Tuesday.
Police focused on Anthony Price, a neighbor who lives on the same small road, after his photo matched the man seen in the video, said police.
When police arrived at Price’s home to question him, the 45-year-old was still wearing the same clothes as the man seen in the video, said police.
Officers charged Price with lewdness, harassment and trespassing and a judge sent him to Camden County jail after he was unable to post bail, said police.
Investigators asked neighbors in the area who may have had similar interactions with Price to call Winslow Det. Mitchell at 609-567-0700 x1195.
