Pastor Leads Christmas Service After Car Accident

A pastor didn’t let a car accident stop him from leading a Christmas Eve service.

Police told NBC10 the pastor, who they did not identify, was driving to a Christmas service at a Philadelphia church Wednesday around 8 p.m. when he was involved in a crash with another vehicle on Rhawn and Frontenac streets.

The driver and passengers inside the second vehicle involved were also heading to the same service.

The pastor suffered minor cuts and non-life-threatening injuries. He continued towards the church after receiving treatment at the scene, police said. No one else was hurt in the accident. Officers at the scene of the crash told NBC10 they were unsure which church the pastor was heading to.
