A Montgomery county mother and her boyfriend were arrested on charges of providing alcohol to young teens.

Prosecutors are calling them the “party couple” and are accusing Daniel McIntyre, 49, and Kathleen Tomkins, 43, of setting up a keg party on Feb. 27 for several dozen young teens.

Police released photos of the aftermath of the party (see video) and say that about 12 kids were cited for underage drinking after the party and one boy had to be treated at a local hospital for a dangerous amount of alcohol consumption.

McIntyre told reporters, “I didn’t do it,” Wednesday.
